About the position

Pacific Office Automation is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Development Representative (Entry-Level) to join their team in Centennial, CO. This role is designed for individuals looking to kickstart their career in technology sales, providing opportunities for growth and development through comprehensive training and support. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for conducting outbound sales activities, building client relationships, and presenting tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and plan daily activities and attend sales training/team meetings.
  • Conduct outbound cold calling to set face-to-face appointments with clients.
  • Learn and demonstrate the benefits of all of POA's products, services, and solutions to clients.
  • Develop and present proposals tailored to individual client needs.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service through regular client follow-up.
  • Seek out new customers and partner with existing ones daily.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers to secure new business.
  • Engage in field prospecting both face-to-face and virtually.
