Pacific Office Automation is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Development Representative to join their team in Honolulu, HI. This role focuses on generating new business through outbound cold calling, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Prepare and plan daily activities and attend sales training/team meetings.
• Conduct outbound cold calling to set face-to-face appointments with clients.
• Learn and demonstrate the benefits of all POA's products, services, and solutions to clients.
• Develop and present tailored proposals to meet individual client needs.
• Ensure outstanding customer service through regular follow-ups with clients.
• Seek out new customers and partner with existing ones daily.
• Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers to secure new business.

Requirements

• 0-5 years of outside B2B or B2C sales experience in digital imaging solutions, technology, or related industries.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year university.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of energy and commitment to achieving sales goals.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to control income.
