Pacific Office Automation is seeking an entry-level Sales Development Representative to join their team in Rancho Cordova, CA. This role focuses on outbound sales efforts, including setting appointments with clients and demonstrating the benefits of the company's products and services. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and plan daily activities and attend training/team meetings.
  • Conduct outbound calling to set face-to-face appointments with clients.
  • Learn and demonstrate the benefits of all of POA's products, services, and solutions to clients.
  • Develop and present tailored proposals to meet individual client needs.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service through regular follow-up with clients.
  • Seek out new customers and partner with existing ones daily.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers to secure new business.
  • Engage in field prospecting both face-to-face and virtually.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year university.
  • 0-3 years of outside B2B or B2C sales experience in the digital imaging solutions or technology industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of energy and commitment to achieving sales goals.
  • Tenacity and desire to grow a career with POA.
  • Interest in learning about new businesses and solving client problems.
  • Competitive drive with leadership experience in various activities (sports, clubs, community organizations).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
