About the position

The Sales Development Representative (Entry-Level) at Pacific Office Automation is responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, setting appointments, and demonstrating the benefits of the company's products and services. This role is designed for individuals eager to grow their sales careers in a supportive environment, with a focus on training and development.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and plan daily activities and attend training/team meetings.
  • Conduct outbound calls to set face-to-face appointments with clients.
  • Learn and demonstrate the benefits of all POA's products, services, and solutions to clients.
  • Develop and present tailored proposals to meet individual client needs.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service through regular follow-ups with clients.
  • Seek out new customers and partner with existing ones daily.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers to secure new business.
  • Engage in field prospecting both face-to-face and virtually.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year university.
  • 0-3 years of outside B2B or B2C sales experience in the digital imaging solutions or technology industry, including related internships.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
