About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role at Pacific Office Automation is an entry-level position focused on generating new business through outbound calling and client engagement. The SDR will be responsible for setting appointments, demonstrating products, and ensuring excellent customer service while developing relationships with key decision-makers. This position offers extensive training and growth opportunities within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and plan daily activities and attend training/team meetings.
  • Conduct outbound calls to set face-to-face appointments with clients.
  • Learn and demonstrate the benefits of POA's products, services, and solutions to clients.
  • Develop and present tailored proposals to meet individual client needs.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service through regular follow-ups with clients.
  • Seek out new customers and partner with existing ones daily.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers to secure new business.
  • Engage in field prospecting both face-to-face and virtually.

Requirements

  • 0-5 years of outside B2B or B2C sales experience in the digital imaging solutions or technology industry, including related internships.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year university.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of energy and commitment to achieving sales goals.
  • Tenacity and desire to grow a career with POA.
