Pacific Office Automation is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Development Representative to join their team in Honolulu, HI. This role focuses on developing new business through outbound cold calling, setting appointments, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and plan daily activities and attend sales training/team meetings.
  • Conduct outbound cold calling to set face-to-face appointments with clients.
  • Learn and demonstrate the benefits of all POA's products, services, and solutions to clients.
  • Develop and present tailored proposals to meet individual client needs.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service through regular client follow-up.
  • Seek out new customers and partner with existing ones daily.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers to secure new business.
  • Engage in field prospecting both face-to-face and virtually.

  • 0-5 years of outside B2B or B2C sales experience in digital imaging solutions, technology, or related industries.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year university.
