Pacific Office Automation is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Development Representative (Entry-Level) to join their team in Salem, OR. This role is designed for individuals looking to kickstart their career in sales, particularly in the technology and document imaging sector. The position involves conducting outbound sales calls, developing client relationships, and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs, all while receiving comprehensive training and support from the company.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and plan daily activities and attend sales training/team meetings.
  • Conduct outbound cold calling to set face-to-face appointments with clients.
  • Learn and demonstrate the benefits of all of POA's products, services, and solutions to clients.
  • Develop and present proposals tailored to individual client needs.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service through regular client follow-up.
  • Seek out new customers and partner with existing ones daily.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers to secure new business.
  • Engage in field prospecting both face-to-face and virtually.

  • 0-5 years of outside B2B or B2C sales experience in digital imaging solutions, technology, or related industries.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year university.
