The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role at Treeline, Inc. involves conducting outbound prospecting to small and medium-sized businesses across the U.S. The SDR will be responsible for scheduling demos for Senior Account Executives and driving lead generation through targeted cold-calling efforts. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to small-medium businesses across the U.S.
  • Schedule demos for Senior Account Executives, aiming for 3 demos per day over time.
  • Follow up with prospects to confirm their attendance at scheduled demos.
  • Drive strategic, top-of-the-funnel lead generation through targeted cold-calling efforts.
  • Utilize strong organizational skills to consistently update activities, opportunities, and account information in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Previous experience with cold calling is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong desire to succeed and build a career in sales.
  • Ability to self-motivate and thrive in a fast-paced role.
  • Willingness to ask for help and openness to being coached.
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
