About the position

As a Sales Development Representative at TEKsystems, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales process and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to learn and execute all steps associated with the sales process, which includes partnering with the Delivery team to identify top IT talent that meets client needs. You will be tasked with increasing sales and market share through both assigned and newly generated accounts, ensuring that you effectively manage and develop new and existing customer relationships. This will involve leveraging various resources, including Salesforce and Hoovers, to maximize your outreach and effectiveness in the role. In this position, you will receive thorough sales training within the IT Talent Solutions and Services industry, which will be complemented by working closely with an assigned Account Manager Lead who will serve as your mentor. This mentorship will provide you with the guidance and support necessary to excel in your role and advance your career within the organization. Responsibilities

  • Partner with Delivery team in identifying top IT Talent to fulfill client needs
  • Increase sales and market share through assigned and newly generated accounts
  • Identify, develop and manage new and existing customer relationships by leveraging resources including Salesforce and Hoovers

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
