In this position, you will work from home, supporting outside sales team members by nurturing inbound leads and proactively generating new leads through outbound activities. Your primary goal will be to convert leads into appointments and gather information that will assist the sales team in collaborating effectively with customers and prospects. The ideal candidate thrives on measurable results and enjoys working with clearly defined targets to track performance and income growth. You will need to demonstrate emotional intelligence, persistence, and a willingness to embrace the sales process, understanding that rejection is a natural part of the job. You will utilize various technology platforms and tools, including Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, Hubspot, and Zoominfo Engage, to engage with business leaders at all levels. The role involves researching potential clients to understand their challenges and motivations, generating closed sales of low-cost programs to small and medium businesses (SMBs), and setting appointments with larger companies through proactive prospecting and inbound lead activity. You will manage your own sales process from start to finish, and you will be compensated for both setting qualified meetings and closing your own sales. This position does not require any travel, allowing you to focus entirely on your sales efforts from the comfort of your home office.
