About the position

The Sales Development Representative at Atlassian is responsible for outbound prospecting and qualifying business leads through proactive outreach and research. This role involves engaging with decision-makers via cold calls, emails, and other outreach strategies, while collaborating with various teams to develop lead generation strategies. Responsibilities

  • Be accountable for outbound prospecting and meeting conversion into pipeline.
  • Qualify business leads on all customers through proactive outreach and research.
  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and other outreach strategies to engage with decision makers.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, partner, and operations teams to develop lead generation strategies.
  • Navigate objections through value-driven messaging.
  • Articulate the value proposition of our products to our customers.
  • Establish communication and engagement with prospects.
  • Write relevant and personalized emails to delight customers.
  • Build your pipeline in partnership with Enterprise Advocates and Enterprise Marketing teams.
  • Work with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator.
