About the position

The Sales Development Representative, High School will work closely with the high school sales team to engage and qualify sales opportunities. This role focuses on building relationships, moving leads through the sales pipeline, and driving interest in educational materials through various outreach methods. The representative will collaborate with sales and marketing leadership and manage support teams to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify key course areas and build a new pipeline across the High School team.
• Move opportunities from the 'Prospecting' stage to 'Actively Selling or High Interest.'
• Build and maintain an accurate pipeline in SFDC including correct contacts, opportunity stage, products, etc.
• Develop and execute personalized, proactive sales outreach campaigns to qualify opportunities.
• Engage in an initial sales cycle through phone conversations, virtual meetings, product demonstrations, or email interactions.
• Follow up and provide prospects with digital and/or print materials.
• Qualify or disqualify inbound leads.
• Ensure all KPIs and metrics are being met on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
