The role emphasizes a strong foundation in sales techniques, particularly the Sandler sales methodology, with the goal of developing into quota-carrying sales professionals within 12-18 months. This hybrid role requires in-office attendance three times a week at the Austin, TX office, necessitating that candidates reside within commuting distance. The SDR will gain valuable SaaS sales experience by collaborating with CrowdStrike's most experienced sellers and learning corporate selling strategies through direct interactions with VP and C-level executives. Additionally, the position involves understanding the cybersecurity technology landscape through industry research and competitive selling, as well as learning go-to-market strategies by working with CrowdStrike partners to generate business opportunities. The SDR will utilize leading sales software tools to manage their book of business and will collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams to grasp the various components that contribute to the success of an industry leader in cybersecurity.
