With over 20 years of experience, IPS is a leader in practice management software for chiropractic, optometry, and therapy practices across the United States. Our mission is to provide innovative software solutions that enhance the patient experience from scheduling to treatment and payment processing. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and contributing to the overall success of the company. In this position, you will be responsible for performing outbound phone calls to prospects within an assigned territory, setting up online demos, and creating opportunities for our Account Executives. You will utilize various sales tools, including Ring Central, Salesforce, and Outreach, to effectively communicate the value of our software offerings to potential clients. Your ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and qualify prospects will be essential in meeting or exceeding monthly quotas for online software demos and daily activity targets. We are looking for energetic, self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. You will participate in weekly sales training and special purpose meetings, sharing best practices and insights about the professions we serve. Responsibilities

  • Perform outbound phone calls to prospects in an assigned territory.

Requirements

  • Sales experience in software or a related industry preferred (not required).
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective prospecting and qualification ability.
  • Time management skills and ability to operate in a time-sensitive sales environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Salesforce/CRM experience preferred (not required).
