About the position

Rippling is seeking a talented and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team in San Francisco, CA. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to manage high-velocity top-of-funnel sales qualification while navigating a strategic sales process. As an SDR, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying new customers for Rippling, a unified workforce platform that simplifies HR and IT management for businesses. You will become a product expert across our entire platform and understand our competitor landscapes, enabling you to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to potential clients. In this role, you will engage in outbound sales efforts with strategic and thoughtful messaging aimed at upmarket prospects. You will partner with the marketing team to manage outbound campaigns designed to increase lead volume and will prospect into new accounts using proven sales methodologies. Maintaining and updating accurate records in our CRM system will be essential to track your progress and ensure effective communication with your team. We are looking for individuals who possess a winning attitude, a high sense of urgency, and a passion for sales. This position requires you to be in the office three times a week to foster a collaborative work environment and company culture. You will receive competitive On-Target Earnings, which includes a base salary and sales commission, along with benefits and equity options. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate with others and work cross-functionally among different teams at Rippling
