TransUnion is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team in a hybrid work environment. This full-time, entry-level position is designed for individuals looking to kickstart their career in sales, with the potential to transition into a full-time role as an Account Manager or Account Executive. The SDR will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging new customers, making approximately 60 outbound sales calls per day. These calls will include a mix of leads, accounts applying for access, and follow-ups with existing accounts. The SDR will receive comprehensive training to understand our sales processes, industry standards, and product offerings, particularly focusing on our TLOxp solution. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Account Executives, Account Managers, and other team members to gain insights across various sales verticals. You will be responsible for documenting all sales activities in Salesforce, managing follow-ups with prospects, and ensuring a smooth handoff of new opportunities to the Account Executive team. The SDR will also develop a solid understanding of relevant regulations, such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Driver's Privacy Protection Act, through internal training.
