As a Sales Development Representative, you will work closely with the larger Smarsh team on high-impact projects. You will be responsible for researching prospective customers, identifying, filtering, and qualifying opportunities for the Account Executives. This role requires a proactive approach to generating leads through cold calling and being the first point of contact for prospects interested in the Smarsh platform. You will be expected to reach a minimum dial goal per day, maintain an accurate sales pipeline in Salesforce, and develop multi-channel presentation skills.
