The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at ABC Fitness Solutions plays a crucial role in driving the creation of qualified new business opportunities from Marketing Qualified Leads. This position is integral to the North American sales team, focusing on proactive pursuit and account nurturing. The ideal candidate will possess a working knowledge of Salesforce.com and will be adept at effectively communicating around current business challenges to identify the core needs of our customers. The SDR will engage in heavy outbound prospecting, which includes phone calling, qualification, and consultative selling skills, while closely collaborating with the Regional Sales Manager to generate new clients. In this role, the Sales Development Representative will be responsible for qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities. This involves building a prospecting outreach plan that refreshes every 90 days, contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails, and identifying client needs to suggest appropriate products and services. The SDR will act as a subject matter expert and evangelist for ABC Fitness Solutions' expansive list of branding solutions, aiming to build long-term trusting relationships with potential clients. Additionally, the SDR will proactively seek new business opportunities in the market, coordinate meetings or calls between prospective clients and Regional Sales Managers, and stay up-to-date with new products, services, and pricing/payment plans.
