The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at ABC Fitness Solutions plays a crucial role in driving the creation of qualified new business opportunities from Marketing Qualified Leads. This position is primarily focused on proactive pursuit and account nurturing for the company's North American sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a working knowledge of Salesforce.com and will be adept at effectively communicating around current business challenges to identify the core needs of our customers. The role requires heavy outbound prospecting, phone calling, qualification, and consultative selling skills, along with tight collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager to generate new clients. In this role, the SDR will be expected to report on qualification and call activity while staying thoroughly informed about ABC Fitness Solutions' products. The candidate should have experience calling into a diverse client base and be able to build long-term trusting relationships with potential clients. The SDR will also proactively seek new business opportunities in the market and coordinate meetings or calls between prospective clients and Regional Sales Managers. Staying up-to-date with new products, services, and pricing/payment plans is essential for success in this position. The Sales Development Representative will qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities, build a prospecting outreach plan that refreshes every 90 days, and contact potential clients through cold calls and emails. They will identify client needs and suggest appropriate products and services, acting as a subject matter expert and evangelist for ABC Fitness Solutions' expansive list of branding solutions.
