About the position

As a Sales Development Representative II at Justworks, you will play a crucial role in expanding the user base and qualifying potential B2B sales prospects. This position involves managing the full sales cycle for Payroll Solutions, including prospecting, building relationships, contract negotiation, and closing deals. You will leverage various outbound lead campaigns and work closely with Account Executives to develop a strong sales pipeline. This role offers significant growth opportunities into an Account Executive position.

Responsibilities

  • Use Salesforce and other sales tools to build prospect lists and craft outbound messaging.
  • Initiate sales conversations with key decision-makers at target companies.
  • Develop a strong demo pipeline for Account Executives via phone and email communications.
  • Manage own book of business and build an end-to-end sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
  • Research and develop a marketing and networking plan to reach the entrepreneur community in your market.
  • Proactively prospect for new business using market research and sales tools.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers.
  • Suggest innovative ideas to generate sales and improve customer experience.
  • Act as an ambassador for Justworks and its solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound sales as a Sales Development Representative or Account Executive.
  • Knowledgeable in selling B2B software/SaaS to small to medium-sized businesses.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding quotas.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify complicated topics for better understanding.
  • Self-starter who acclimates quickly to new environments.

Nice-to-haves

  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Experience in entrepreneurial environments.

Benefits

  • Base wage of $31.25 per hour with competitive On-Target Earnings of $93,800.00 inclusive of incentive compensation.
