About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Graber Manufacturing, Inc. is responsible for generating new leads and nurturing client relationships to contribute to the growth of the sales pipeline. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales and eager to succeed in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and target potential clients in the site furnishings market.
  • Utilize various lead generation tools and techniques to build a robust pipeline of prospects.
  • Make calls and send personalized emails to potential clients.
  • Engage prospects through social media platforms and professional networks.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to gather contacts and follow up to maintain engagement.
  • Maintain and update contact, company, and deal information in our CRM (HubSpot).
  • Assess the potential of leads to determine their suitability for our products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Work closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and provide insights from prospects.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Strive to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of site furnishing products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in sales or a related role, with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation software, with HubSpot knowledge being a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
