About the position

The Sales Development Representative - Inbound at ServiceNow is responsible for qualifying leads and profiling prospects to support the sales team. This role involves collaborating with Sales Development Representatives and Field Sales professionals to identify and qualify opportunities, ultimately contributing to the sales pipeline and achieving set goals.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up on Marketing-generated leads to qualify them for potential Sales opportunities
  • Manage all inbound leads to Sales acceptance
  • Work with Marketing in completing multiple demand generation campaigns
  • Invite and bring attendance to company events and regional trade shows
  • Understand how ServiceNow solutions address customer pain points
  • Research target accounts for prospecting activities, building prospecting contact lists and company/account mappings
  • Maintain contact information within the CRM, providing the account team with information to ensure opportunities are understood and next steps are identified
  • Use our technology to manage marketing leads

Requirements

  • A creative and customer-focused mindset
  • A basic understanding of Cloud computing and SaaS offerings
  • Ability to differentiate ServiceNow to customers
  • Willingness to travel for training or meetings as required
