ServiceNow is looking for a high achieving Lead Development Representative (LDR) to join our expanding Global Sales Development team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in qualifying leads, profiling prospects and customers, and providing feedback on which campaigns generate the best leads. Collaborating closely with Sales Development Representatives and Field Sales professionals, your primary goal will be to identify and qualify opportunities for the team you support. As a Lead Development Representative, you will be responsible for building the sales pipeline while achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual goals. This includes following up on Marketing-generated leads to qualify them for potential Sales opportunities and managing all inbound leads to ensure they meet Sales acceptance criteria. You will also work with Marketing to complete multiple demand generation campaigns and invite and bring attendance to company events and regional trade shows. Understanding how ServiceNow solutions address customer pain points will be essential, as will researching target accounts for prospecting activities, building prospecting contact lists, and maintaining accurate contact information within the CRM. This role will require you to use our technology to manage marketing leads effectively.
