About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role at ZoomInfo focuses on engaging and qualifying inbound leads to create a robust sales pipeline for Account Executives. This position is designed for individuals interested in a career in software sales, providing comprehensive training and a structured path for career advancement. The SDR will articulate the value of ZoomInfo's solutions, understand customer pain points, and collaborate with Account Executives to identify new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Engage and qualify inbound leads to create a pipeline for Account Executives
  • Articulate the ZoomInfo value proposition by educating prospective leads on our full suite of solutions
  • Understand and communicate the pain points of prospective customers across various teams
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to identify new sales opportunities
  • Build trust and credibility with internal and external stakeholders
