This full-time position will report directly to a National Inbound Manager and is crucial in helping to execute and achieve team sales goals. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be on the front lines of the sales process, engaging with potential clients and nurturing leads to ultimately result in booked tours and meetings with our Leasing Team. We are looking for individuals who are not only passionate about the WeWork experience but also understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer service to our prospects. In this role, you will work collaboratively with a team of Sales Development Representatives, nurturing and developing leads through the sales process. You will be responsible for providing regular updates to your team about objectives and processes, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards common goals. Your responsibilities will include qualifying inbound leads, prospecting, pipeline building, and opportunity identification. You will also be expected to communicate the WeWork brand and lifestyle effectively to ensure the highest conversion rates of booked tours and meetings.
