About the position

ServiceNow is seeking a high-achieving Lead Development Representative (LDR) to join our expanding Global Sales Development team. In this role, you will be instrumental in qualifying leads, profiling prospects and customers, and providing feedback on which marketing campaigns generate the best leads. You will collaborate closely with Sales Development Representatives and Field Sales professionals, with the primary goal of identifying and qualifying opportunities for the team you support. As a Lead Development Representative, you will be responsible for building a robust sales pipeline while achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual goals. This includes following up on marketing-generated leads to qualify them for potential sales opportunities and managing all inbound leads to ensure they meet sales acceptance criteria. You will also work with the marketing team to execute multiple demand generation campaigns and play a key role in inviting and bringing attendance to company events and regional trade shows. A critical aspect of your role will be to understand how ServiceNow solutions address customer pain points. You will conduct research on target accounts for prospecting activities, build prospecting contact lists, and create company/account mappings. Additionally, you will maintain accurate contact information within the CRM, providing the account team with essential information to ensure opportunities are understood and next steps are clearly identified. You will leverage our technology to effectively manage marketing leads and contribute to the overall success of the sales development team.

Responsibilities
