Responsibilities

• Answering phones and entering orders for retail accounts.
• Providing service to walk-in customers.
• Developing and maintaining knowledge of clients' products, servicing, and pricing structure.
• Maintaining accurate inventory reports and database for parts issued, received, and sold.
• Providing top-notch teamwork to ensure jobs are completed in a timely manner.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Fluency in construction industry language.
• Self-motivated and able to demonstrate initiative.
• Ability to follow direction and complete assignments with minimal support.
• Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft programs.
• Previous inside sales experience preferred.
• Adept at using construction industry terminology or eager to learn.
• Bilingual (Spanish speaking).
