The Sales Development Representative Lead at Blue Bite is a strategic role focused on driving new business through effective outreach and prospecting. This position is essential for the growth of the company, as it involves shaping outreach processes, setting performance metrics, and leading the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to achieve aggressive targets. The role requires a self-starter who is passionate about contributing to a dynamic company and improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement outreach strategies and processes that improve efficiency, scalability, and conversion rates
  • Set clear performance metrics, track KPIs, and regularly report on the team's progress and individual contributions
  • Develop and oversee a strategic prospecting plan that generates high-quality opportunities for Account Executives
  • Discover new prospects through research and social media monitoring
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and competitor offerings
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams on broader initiatives and ensure messaging is aligned, campaigns are effective, and customer needs are captured

Requirements

  • 2+ years of success in generating new business for Martech SaaS solutions through cold outreach
  • 1+ years of team lead or management experience
  • Competitive team player with a proven track record of exceeding performance targets
  • Strategic thinker with a talent for optimizing processes and solving prospect challenges to drive results and improve productivity
  • Self-motivated and driven to continuously improve through experimentation
  • Resilient, resourceful, and optimistic outlook that recognizes the impact of energy and attitude on success
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, highly articulate across all channels
