Responsibilities

• Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for the SDR team, providing regular performance reports and feedback.

• Continuously enhance the skills and knowledge of the BDR team through training and coaching.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and developing a high-performing sales team.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and automation solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales enablement tools.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make informed decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
