About the position

Terraboost Media is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. This role is crucial for managing and nurturing inbound leads, qualifying them, and setting up meetings for the Inside Sales Teams. The SDR will generate high-quality lead opportunities through effective engagement and collaboration with the marketing team, while also focusing on client re-engagement and strategic outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Quickly respond to inbound leads to qualify their interest and needs.
  • Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and chat to understand their requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings for the Inside Sales Team with qualified leads.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and marketing campaigns.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and meetings set.
  • Identify and reach out to past clients to understand their reasons for leaving and present compelling reasons for their return.
  • Develop and implement tailored strategies to win back clients.
  • Make outbound calls on marketing campaigns to determine client fit for the company's offerings.

Requirements

  • 5 years proven experience in a similar role, preferably in B2B sales or business development.
  • Experience managing inbound leads is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales prospecting tools.
