About the position

Terraboost Media is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. This role is crucial for managing and nurturing inbound leads, qualifying them, and setting up meetings for the Inside Sales Teams. The SDR will generate high-quality lead opportunities through effective lead management and engagement, contributing to the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Quickly respond to inbound leads to qualify their interest and needs.
  • Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and chat to understand their requirements and provide relevant information about our advertising opportunity.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings for the Inside Sales Team and/or Independent Sales Contractors with qualified leads.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales Team to ensure a seamless handoff of leads.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and meetings set.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Identify and reach out to past clients, understanding their reasons for leaving and presenting compelling reasons for their return.
  • Develop and implement tailored strategies to win back clients, leveraging data and insights to inform your approach.
  • Make outbound calls on marketing campaigns to determine whether clients are a good fit for the company's offerings based on their needs, budget, and decision-making authority.

  • 5 years proven experience in a similar role, preferably in B2B sales or business development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
