About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role focuses on promoting and selling lots in a new high-end lake community in Texas. The SDR will engage with potential buyers, builders, and realtors to generate interest and facilitate sales, while also representing the community at various events. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a growing development, with a focus on high-end real estate sales.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold outreach to potential buyers, builders, and realtors through various platforms to generate interest in purchasing lots.
  • Follow up with warm leads in the CRM to nurture relationships and convert them into sales.
  • Participate in realtor events, open houses, and builder showcases to generate leads and promote the community's offerings.
  • Work closely with realtors and their clients to facilitate the purchase of lots and coordinate showings and tours.
  • Represent the community at conferences, trade shows, and local events to raise awareness and attract buyers.
  • Organize and conduct virtual and onsite tours of available lots and the development.
  • Utilize video calls to engage prospects and showcase available lots.
  • Manage and update your deal pipeline to ensure consistent follow-ups and successful deal closures.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to refine outreach strategies and improve the overall sales process.
  • Stay informed on real estate trends and the progress of each phase in the development.
  • Meet daily and weekly outreach targets to maintain a consistent flow of new leads.
  • Research potential leads and qualify inbound leads by identifying their needs and interest levels.
  • Manage lead conversion by analyzing prospect interactions and optimizing outreach strategies.
  • Update and maintain property listings on the website and MLS.

Requirements

  • Texas residents only due to the need to attend local events.
  • Valid driver's license required for in-person tours and meetings.
  • Proven track record in sales, especially in outreach, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Willingness to attend in-person realtor open houses, builder events, and industry conferences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a positive, proactive approach.
  • Active real estate license preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of Go High Level or similar CRM software is a plus.
  • Experience or familiarity with real estate, home building, and land sales is strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills across multiple platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up tasks.
  • Comfortable conducting virtual tours and video calls.
