As a Sales Development Representative for the Catalyst product, you will play a crucial role in identifying and creating new qualified opportunities within key target accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to manage outbound campaigns directed at individuals within these assigned accounts. Through diligent prospecting efforts, you will work to generate net-new meetings that will contribute to the overall success of the sales team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our Account Executive team, where you will receive ongoing training and mentorship to enhance your skills and effectiveness in the role. You will report directly to our VP of Global Enablement, ensuring that you have the support and guidance needed to excel in your position. In this role, you will be tasked with identifying champions and key stakeholders within our target accounts. You will leverage internet research and social media monitoring to discover new leads and target accounts, driving awareness, curiosity, and interest within these accounts. Your efforts will result in the generation of qualified opportunities for the Account Executive team, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization. Additionally, you will assist in marketing efforts by contributing to online and other marketing campaigns, ensuring that our messaging resonates with potential clients. As an ambassador for our cross-functional teams in Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, you will document the requirements, use cases, and special needs of our prospects. This feedback will be invaluable in helping us continue to improve our best-in-class solution and customer experience. Your role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our prospects and our internal teams, ensuring that we are meeting the needs of our clients effectively.
