About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Presidio plays a vital role in driving new client acquisition and growth within the Mid-Market space. This position involves prospecting target accounts, conducting market research, and developing business strategies to attract new clients. The SDR will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement effective demand generation strategies and contribute to the company's mission of transforming business through technology.

Responsibilities

  • Embrace and promote the company's vision and mission, striving to achieve assigned goals and objectives.
  • Create customer demand by prospecting into new and existing customers using phone, email, and social media engagement.
  • Participate in regular role-playing and messaging exercises to sharpen your skills.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective demand generation strategies.
  • Assist in drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference materials, and other necessary documents.
  • Identify and engage with new business opportunities and partners.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.

Requirements

  • 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience in business development or a similar field is preferred.
  • Self-starter mentality.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or equivalent work or military experience.

Benefits

  • Base Salary Range: $60,000
