In this role, you will engage with prospects to understand their needs and how our services can meet those needs, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the company. Your key responsibilities will include prospecting potential leads through various channels, including databases, social media, and networking events. You will initiate contact with prospects via phone calls, emails, and other communication methods to introduce our company and qualify their interest. Assessing prospects' needs, pain points, and buying intent will be crucial to determine if they are a good fit for our offerings and meet predefined criteria. Building and maintaining relationships with prospects is essential, as you will provide relevant information, address their concerns, and guide them through the sales process. Collaboration with the sales team will be necessary to hand off qualified leads and provide them with detailed information about the prospect's needs, preferences, and interactions. Additionally, you will track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of sales development efforts and identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including databases, social media, and networking events.
  • Initiate contact with prospects via phone calls, emails, and other communication methods to introduce our company and qualify their interest.
  • Assess prospects' needs, pain points, and buying intent to determine if they are a good fit for our offerings and meet predefined criteria.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects by providing relevant information, addressing their concerns, and guiding them through the sales process.
  • Work closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and provide them with detailed information about the prospect's needs, preferences, and interactions.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of sales development efforts and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field strongly preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • A results-oriented mindset and a passion for sales
  • Experience with CRM tools is preferred
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
