About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Alpha Nodus, Inc. is a full-time role focused on outbound lead generation within the healthcare market. The SDR will engage potential clients through various channels to set up discovery calls for Account Executives, contributing to the overall sales process and helping to accelerate the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct prospecting to qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media.
  • Develop and execute innovative strategies for outbound lead generation.
  • Work closely with the sales team to accelerate the sales cycle and extend our reach into target markets.
  • Schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives and prospects.
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications.
  • Record all activities and interactions in CRM software.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and setting up discovery calls.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
  • Proficient in the use of social media, CRM software, and MS Office or similar tools.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.
