The Sales Development Representative - Outbound role is crucial for driving enterprise sales success by identifying and connecting with high-quality prospects. This position focuses on building and nurturing relationships with potential clients to facilitate impactful sales growth for the company, which specializes in transforming data into actionable insights for better decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Qualifying leads to understand their needs and aligning them with the client's offers
  • Engage with leads via phone, email, and other communication channels to nurture relationships
  • Provide sales updates and forecasts to the management team
  • Work closely with the sales team to align on outreach strategies and hand off qualified leads smoothly
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity metrics, such as outreach volume, lead conversion rate, and pipeline growth

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in a lead-generating sales position
  • A Bachelor's degree with a business focus or relevant work experience
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage and track calls and sales activities
  • Ability to handle rejection and pivot strategies as needed, maintaining resilience in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Office suite
