Proactive Health is seeking a motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Sales Development Representative focused on Patient Coordination. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be instrumental in ensuring that patients receive the necessary care and support they need, while also contributing to the growth of the business. Your primary responsibilities will include connecting with new leads, scheduling installations, and working closely with families to secure essential consent documentation. This role not only offers the chance to make a difference in patients' lives but also provides an opportunity to earn commissions based on your performance and successes. In this position, you will partner with the intake team to manage new patient referrals efficiently. This involves verifying insurance approvals and reaching out to new leads with urgency to schedule their installation appointments. Your ability to convert inquiries into actionable appointments will be crucial. Additionally, you will take charge of optimizing the installation calendar, ensuring that appointments are strategically planned to maximize efficiency. Collaboration with the installation team will be key to avoiding scheduling conflicts and ensuring a smooth process. Another critical aspect of your role will be family consent coordination. You will lead efforts to obtain Power of Attorney (POA) signatures through DocuSign for patients requiring family consent. Acting as a liaison between patients, their families, and the intake team, you will ensure that all necessary documentation is finalized. Furthermore, you will actively engage with previous leads to schedule installations, capitalizing on every opportunity to earn commissions. Keeping meticulous records of every interaction will be essential to ensure that no lead falls through the cracks.
