About the position

The Program Advocate role is designed for motivated individuals who will drive program awareness and portfolio growth through proactive outreach and relationship building. This position involves managing a strong book of business, following up on warm leads provided by the company, and building long-term relationships with prospective clients, particularly in the real estate and software sales sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to introduce services.
  • Follow-up with warm leads provided by the company.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new accounts.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer relationships, and report on sales activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide program demonstrations and technical support as needed.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets.

Requirements

  • Experience in or an understanding of the real estate industry.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing leads and sales processes.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a focus on achieving results in a timely manner.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in solar sales or D2D sales.
