About the position

The Sales Development Representative - Program Advocate is responsible for driving program awareness and portfolio growth through proactive outreach and relationship building. This role involves managing a strong book of business, providing warm leads, and building long-term relationships with prospective clients in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to introduce services.
  • Follow-up with warm leads provided by the company.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new accounts.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer relationships, and report on sales activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide program demonstrations and technical support as needed.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in the real estate industry or lending process.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing leads and sales processes.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a focus on achieving results in a timely manner.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
