About the position

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for contacting leaders and executives in organizations of all sizes across various verticals. Your primary focus will be to help these leaders gain insights into their market, customers, and employees, enabling them to make quicker, data-driven decisions. This role is crucial in generating qualified pipeline that progresses through the sales funnel, ultimately leading to new closed revenue. In this position, you will identify key decision-makers and influencers within organizations, articulate the impact of our products, and strategize with teammates to generate more business opportunities. You will be expected to make over 50 calls and send 50 personalized emails daily, while also adding new contacts to your call cadence. Collaboration with Account Executives and the Marketing team will be essential to execute personalized account-based campaigns. The SDR role is designed for those who are self-starters, competitive, and driven, viewing this opportunity as a career rather than just a job. As part of a rapidly growing division within the sales organization, you will have the opportunity to be promoted twice while in the program, with the potential to move into a mid-level Account Executive role after your third promotion. Responsibilities

  • Contact leaders and executives in organizations across various verticals.
  • Identify key decision-makers and influencers within organizations.
  • Articulate the impact of Qualtrics products to prospects.
  • Work with teammates to strategize and generate business opportunities.
  • Make 50+ calls and send 50+ personalized emails daily.
  • Add 15+ new contacts into the call cadence.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to penetrate targeted accounts.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team on personalized campaigns.
  • Attend meetings, trainings, and sales calls to develop skills.
  • Share best practices and role-play with peers for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (no specific major required).
  • Sales experience preferred, including internships or programs related to sales.
  • Experience in inside sales, door-to-door sales, or cold calling.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with LinkedIn and Salesforce.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
