About the position

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for contacting leaders and executives in organizations of all sizes across various verticals. Your primary focus will be to help these leaders gain insights into their market, customers, and employees, enabling them to make quicker, data-driven decisions. This role is crucial in generating qualified leads that progress through the sales funnel, ultimately contributing to new closed revenue. In this position, you will identify key decision-makers and influencers within organizations, articulating how our tools can elevate their operations with real-time data. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives to strategize methods for penetrating targeted accounts and setting quality meetings. The role requires a self-starter who is competitive, driven, and sees the bigger picture, as well as someone who is motivated by money and opportunities for growth and promotion. You will be part of a rapidly growing division within the sales organization, with the potential for promotions every 6-9 months, leading to a mid-level Account Executive role. Your daily activities will include making over 50 calls and sending 50 personalized emails, adding new contacts to your call cadence, and working with the marketing team to execute personalized account-based campaigns. Continuous improvement is key, and you will engage in team meetings, trainings, and role-playing exercises to enhance your skills. Responsibilities

  • Contact leaders and executives in organizations across various verticals.
  • Identify key decision-makers and influencers within organizations.
  • Articulate how Qualtrics tools can help organizations with real-time data.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to strategize methods for penetrating targeted accounts.
  • Make 50+ calls and send 50+ personalized emails daily.
  • Add 15+ new contacts to your call cadence each day.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute personalized account-based campaigns.
  • Attend 1:1's, team meetings, trainings, and sales calls to develop skills.
  • Share best practices and role-play with peers for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (no specific major required).
  • Sales experience preferred, including internships, sales programs, or SDR experiences.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in inside sales, door-to-door sales, or cold calling.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and Salesforce.
