As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in contacting leaders and executives across various organizations to help them gain insights into their market, customers, and employees. In this role, you will be expected to identify key decision-makers within organizations and understand the unique challenges they face. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be essential as you work to set quality meetings and generate qualified leads. The Sales Development team is rapidly growing, and you will have the opportunity to advance your career quickly, with the potential for promotions every 6-9 months. This is a career-focused position where you will be motivated by the opportunity for growth and the chance to drive your own success. You will be making over 50 calls and sending 50 personalized emails daily, while also adding new contacts to your outreach efforts. Collaboration with Account Executives and the Marketing team will be key to your success, as you strategize on how to penetrate targeted accounts. Continuous improvement is a core value, and you will engage in various training and development activities to enhance your skills and performance. This role is designed for self-starters who are competitive, driven, and ready to take on the challenges of a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • Contact leaders and executives in organizations of all sizes across various verticals.
  • Identify key decision makers and influencers within organizations.
  • Articulate the impact of Qualtrics products to prospects.
  • Collaborate with teammates to strategize and generate business opportunities.
  • Make 50+ calls and send 50+ personalized emails daily.
  • Add 15+ new contacts into the call cadence.
  • Work with Account Executives to penetrate targeted accounts and set quality meetings.
  • Execute personalized account-based campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing team.
  • Attend 1:1's, team meetings, trainings, and sales calls to develop skills.
  • Share best practices and role-play with peers for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (no specific major required).
  • Preferred sales experience, which may include internships, sales programs, or SDR experiences.
  • Experience in inside sales, door-to-door sales, or cold calling is beneficial.
