The Sales Development Representative for the Public Sector is a dynamic entry-level role designed for new graduates eager to kickstart their careers in technology sales. Responsibilities

  • Create a great first impression for prospects and customers by providing them with a world-class experience.
  • Qualify leads from various sources including inbound calls, chats, website downloads, and webinars across all Salesforce products.
  • Manage a high volume of inbound leads with a strategic approach to prioritization.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to organize lead data and qualification notes.
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications.

Requirements

  • Must be within less than 1-year of having completed a Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree from the start date of this role.
  • Strong desire to be in technology sales.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with high energy and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous internship or full-time corporate sales experience.
