About the position

The Sales Development Representative (Real Estate) role focuses on leveraging real estate expertise and digital marketing skills to enhance the marketing strategies of realtors. This position involves building partnerships, expanding business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service to drive subscriptions and advertising revenue for a leading real estate marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture relationships with real estate agents to drive subscriptions and boost advertising revenue.
  • Prospect and close new deals to contribute to the growth of the client's platform.
  • Deliver compelling virtual presentations to showcase the benefits of the client's offerings and convert leads into loyal users.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high performance standards.
  • Collaborate with a motivated team to drive collective revenue and share best practices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and customize solutions to meet client needs.

Requirements

  • A background in real estate or digital marketing, with at least two years in B2B sales preferred.
  • Proven track record in a corporate sales environment with the ability to manage and grow client relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and a results-focused approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with flexibility and creativity.
