About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at MarketStar is responsible for engaging and qualifying new accounts for the Reddit team. This role involves building influential relationships with customers and sales representatives through phone and email interactions, converting warm leads into appointments, and providing tailored solutions to prospects. The SDR will also participate in training sessions to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge, while tracking key metrics to measure the success of outreach campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Convert warm leads into appointments while creating a great experience for customers.
• Outreach to new prospects to initiate the sales process and build excitement around the Reddit brand.
• Manage contact info, schedules, calendaring, and communications.
• Maintain Salesforce hygiene while optimizing processes.
• Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
• Engage with prospects to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions.
• Track and analyze key metrics to measure the success of outreach campaigns and improve performance.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to deal closure.

Requirements
