As a Sales Development Representative at JAGGAER, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and qualifying leads. You will be the front-line A-player responsible for immediate action on inbound leads and campaign leads (MQLs), as well as managing pending tasks. Your primary focus will be on conducting targeted prospecting campaigns across specific industries and regions to develop high-quality leads and opportunities. Collaboration with marketing and sales teams will be essential as you execute innovative, structured, and strategic prospecting plans with specific calls to action (CTAs). In this role, you will also be responsible for upselling additional products and services to existing customers, analyzing white space reporting to identify areas for expanding JAGGAER's reach, and scheduling discovery calls for Account Executives (AEs). You will need to record and document all activities in our CRM (Salesforce) following company protocols and utilize appropriate MarTec tools to track communications. Leveraging utilities such as LinkedIn, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, and G2 will be key to identifying and prioritizing your prospecting efforts while validating and cleansing data. Achieving a monthly quota of qualified opportunities will be a significant part of your success in this position. You will contribute to the research and creation of targeted prospect lists and own data management related to performance, campaign execution, and operational execution. Providing an amazing prospect and customer experience will be at the forefront of your responsibilities, ensuring that you foster strong relationships and deliver value to our clients.
