About the position

The Sales Development Representative role focuses on generating new business opportunities within the Multifamily Rentals industry. This position is essential for driving revenue by setting appointments for Sales Executives and requires a proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation. The role emphasizes strong communication skills and a collaborative team environment to foster positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Drive appointments for top-line revenue by setting acquisition appointments for Sales Executives
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails (100+ dials/day)
  • Localize knowledge of trends, market conditions, and advertising tendencies based on market
  • Proactively prospect new business opportunities in the market

Requirements

  • 6+ months of appointment setting and/or inside sales experience
  • Possess high energy and a strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic, positive 'can-do' attitude via the phone and in person
  • High ethical values and integrity
  • Ability to prioritize and apply effective time management
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications, as well as the Google suite of tools
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Salesforce.com or other CRM experience preferred
