About the position

Plutus Health Inc is a leading Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) company dedicated to providing comprehensive medical billing and coding services to healthcare providers. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound and inbound lead activities. This role is crucial in driving our company's growth and expanding our customer base within the healthcare sector. As an SDR/BDR, you will engage in lead generation and qualification by identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach. You will also qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other sources to determine potential fit with our RCM services. Researching and targeting potential clients within the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers, will be a key part of your responsibilities. Your outreach and engagement efforts will include conducting initial outreach to potential clients, introducing our RCM services and value proposition, and scheduling and conducting introductory meetings, product demonstrations, and discovery calls to understand client needs and requirements. Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations will be essential for success in this role. You will be responsible for pipeline management, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all lead and prospect interactions in HubSpot CRM, and tracking and reporting on key metrics related to lead generation, qualification, and conversion rates. Collaboration with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads for further engagement and closing will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other sales collateral, while providing feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns and suggesting improvements. Continuous improvement is a core value at Plutus Health, and you will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Participation in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge will be encouraged, as well as continuously seeking ways to improve lead generation processes and strategies.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales development or business development role, preferably within the healthcare or RCM sector.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM and other sales tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for sales and business development.
  • Familiarity with RCM services and the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
