About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Dealr, Inc. is a pivotal role focused on driving company growth through effective lead generation and qualification via cold calling. The SDR will introduce the dealr.cloud platform to automotive dealerships, set up demo appointments, and expand the company's market presence. This full-time position offers the flexibility to work from home up to two days a week after the initial training period, and is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume cold calls to dealerships to book demo appointments and generate new business opportunities.
  • Mine inbound and outbound lead sources to build a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and qualification of potential clients.
  • Develop relationships with prospects using exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively deliver our value proposition.
  • Efficiently reach key decision-makers and overcome resistance to drive appointments.
  • Partner with the sales team to optimize lead generation tactics and processes to improve overall sales performance.
  • Maximize your day by prioritizing lead management, follow-up, and all lead activities while maintaining detailed records in our CRM.
  • Consistently work towards and exceed monthly sales targets in alignment with overall company objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience, preferably in B2B and subscription-based software sales.
  • Experience in the automotive dealership industry is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a confident phone presence.
  • Computer literacy with the ability to type 40+ WPM.
  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in high-volume cold calling, showcasing a relentless drive for success and a willingness to make daily outbound calls.
